Core rule: Bump Reminder organizes manual bump workflows. It does not grant permission to auto-bump, spam, bypass cooldowns, or violate Discord or third-party listing-service rules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, configuring, or using Bump Reminder, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the bot and remove it from your server.
2. What Bump Reminder Provides
Bump Reminder is a free Discord bot for manual bump reminder workflows.
- Cooldown tracking: records supported bump events and calculates when the next manual bump window is available.
- Reminders: sends configured reminders to selected channels or roles.
- Configuration: stores server settings needed to run reminders and related features.
- Activity panels: may display recent or aggregate bump activity from connected servers.
3. Allowed Use and Restrictions
You are responsible for how Bump Reminder is used in your server.
- No auto-bump abuse: do not use Bump Reminder to automate bump commands, bypass cooldowns, or imitate human actions.
- No spam: do not configure reminders or messages in a way that harasses users, floods channels, or disrupts communities.
- No unlawful use: do not use the bot to support illegal activity, abuse, fraud, malware, or policy evasion.
- Follow platform rules: comply with Discord Terms, Discord Community Guidelines, and the rules of any listing service you use.
4. Server Administration
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuration choices, permissions, reminder wording, role mentions, and deciding who may use bot commands in the server.
- Permissions: grant only the permissions required for your setup.
- Content: you are responsible for custom reminder text and any content sent through your configuration.
- Removal: removing the bot stops future collection and disables reminder features for that server.
5. Availability and Changes
Bump Reminder is provided as a free service. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued. We may modify commands, supported services, cooldown behavior, or public activity features when needed for stability, safety, or maintenance.
6. Suspension or Removal
We may block, limit, or remove access to Bump Reminder for servers or users that abuse the bot, violate these terms, create operational risk, or use the service in a way that harms Discord communities or the bot infrastructure.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
Bump Reminder is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect cooldown accuracy, compatibility with every third-party bot, or that reminders will always be delivered. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the service.
8. Privacy
Use of Bump Reminder is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data is stored and how deletion requests work.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service changes or when legal, operational, or safety requirements change. The effective date on this page indicates the current version.
